This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting workforce planning, coordinating recruitment activities, and enhancing employee engagement strategies. The role will require collaboration with leadership and team members to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in handling HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning is advantageous
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
