Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will help build a positive work culture while ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with team leaders to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Assist in developing HR policies and maintaining company guidelines.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
