Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in recruitment and hiring process
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with onboarding and documentation
Support the HR team in attendance and leave management
Help organize training sessions and company events
Handle basic administrative HR tasks

Requirements

Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / HR / Business Administration
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email
Ability to maintain confidential information
