Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations for our school network. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with management.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support staff attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance.
Address employee queries and help maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (experience in the education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
