Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters
Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support day-to-day HR operations at the hotel

Exit Management

Coordinate exit formalities including resignation processing, exit interviews, and clearance documentation
Ensure timely completion of full and final settlement formalities

HR Documentation & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR trackers
Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Assist in audits and internal HR reporting as required

General HR Support

Support payroll coordination by sharing accurate inputs
Assist the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects
Provide administrative and operational HR support as needed

Candidate Profile

Education

MBA in HR (Fresher) OR
Graduate with minimum 6 months of HR experience

Experience

0–1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment
