Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support day-to-day HR operations at the hotel
- Coordinate exit formalities including resignation processing, exit interviews, and clearance documentation
- Ensure timely completion of full and final settlement formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR trackers
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Assist in audits and internal HR reporting as required
- Support payroll coordination by sharing accurate inputs
- Assist the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects
- Provide administrative and operational HR support as needed
Education
- MBA in HR (Fresher) OR
- Graduate with minimum 6 months of HR experience
- 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment
