Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Operations professional with strong Darwinbox HRMS experience to help us scale our people operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting up processes, fixing gaps, and being the go-to person for all things HR systems and operations in a fast-moving startup. You’ll work closely with HRBP, managers, and employees to ensure smooth HR operations while continuously improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Darwinbox HRMS / HR operations Ownership
• Own and manage Darwinbox HRMS end-to-end
• Configure workflows, policies, approval matrices, and system updates as the company scales
• Act as the internal Darwinbox expert and first point of contact for system-related queries
• Coordinate with the Darwinbox support team for issue resolution, enhancements, and releases

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of strong hands-on experience with Darwinbox HRMS
• Solid understanding of core HR operations in a growing organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and changing priorities
