Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to candidates
Conduct basic screening (experience, skills, notice period, CTC, location, availability)
Understand job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for feedback, offers, and joining
Maintain daily calling & recruitment tracker
Ensure timely updates on interview status and closures
