HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in the Recruitment field or Academic sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing HR operations, and developing strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
• Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
• Handle grievance management and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in HR, specifically in Recruitment or Academic field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
