Job Description
We Are Looking For Someone Who Can
Salary
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure a productive and spirited workplace
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Promote corporate values and create a positive work culture
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- At least 10+ years of experience in Human Resources (in automotive or industrial manufacturing companies)
- MBA - HR degree
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- Ability to process ESI policies for factory workers and contract laborers
- Expertise in ISO 14001 and EHS procedures
- Working knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices
Salary
- Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
