What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
First 30 Days: Learning & Foundation
- Understand goML’s hiring process, culture, and talent requirements
- Learn sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Get familiar with open roles and hiring expectations
- Support interview coordination and candidate communication
- Build initial candidate pipelines
- Actively source and screen candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure positive candidate experience through proactive follow-ups
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, campus outreach, etc.)
- Independently manage hiring for selected roles
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring positions
- Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
- Support campus hiring and lateral recruitment drives
- Contribute ideas to strengthen goML’s employer brand
✅ Must-Haves
- 0–3 months experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (or strong interest in HR hiring)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High ownership mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from office – Coimbatore
- Exposure to LinkedIn sourcing or job portals
- Internship experience in HR or recruitment
- Basic understanding of interview processes
- Interest in startup environments and fast-paced teams
