What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Learning & Foundation

Understand goML’s hiring process, culture, and talent requirements
Learn sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
Get familiar with open roles and hiring expectations
Support interview coordination and candidate communication
Build initial candidate pipelines

First 60 Days: Execution & Contribution

Actively source and screen candidates
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure positive candidate experience through proactive follow-ups
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, campus outreach, etc.)

First 90+ Days: Ownership & Growth

Independently manage hiring for selected roles
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring positions
Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement
Support campus hiring and lateral recruitment drives
Contribute ideas to strengthen goML’s employer brand

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

✅ Must-Haves

0–3 months experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (or strong interest in HR hiring)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking with candidates and stakeholders
Strong organizational and coordination skills
High ownership mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work from office – Coimbatore
