About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR Team and play a vital role in shaping our hiring experience. You’ll get a front-row seat to everything that goes into attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent — all while being a key contributor to our vibrant culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates across tech and non-tech roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Own and manage the recruitment pipeline from application to offer, maintaining detailed records in our applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate with candidates on behalf of the HR team, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to share insights and optimize the hiring journey.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks within the recruitment team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable, articulate, and a great listener.
- A genuine interest in recruitment, HR, and building a people-first workplace.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft tools.
- Bonus: Any previous experience or internship in HR/recruitment.
- Real Experience: Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a product-based company across tech and non-tech hiring projects.
