Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Varanasi. The HR Intern will assist in managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, processing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management efforts. Daily tasks include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and providing support in employee engagement initiatives.

Role Description

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using HR tools and software is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
