What you’ll do:

• Coordinate hiring & onboarding
• Prepare offer letters, contracts & HR documents
• Manage attendance, leave & payroll inputs
• Track statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops Act)
• Handle employee relations, PIP & exits
• Share monthly HR & compliance reports with the CEO

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years HR generalist experience
• Previous HR experience in IT / Software company is mandatory
• Strong documentation & Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws

Location: Onsite – Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala
