Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the retail sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including onsite support at retail locations
Monday: Office-based reporting and audit prep at Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila)
Tuesday to Saturday: Onsite audits and fieldwork as scheduled

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for retail stores and support teams
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and general HR support
Assist in resolving workplace issues, including participation in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
Monitor employee attendance and ensure proper adherence to shift schedules
Collaborate with payroll to validate timekeeping and attendance records
Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal company standards
Generate regular HR reports on attendance, turnover, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics
Support training initiatives, benefits administration, and occasional audits at retail locations
Partner with store management to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
