HR Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment & onboarding for bakery and outlet staff
• Manage attendance, leave records & payroll coordination
• Maintain employee files & compliance documentation
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication
• Support performance tracking and disciplinary processes
• Ensure workplace policies are implemented effectively

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality/F&B preferred)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and solution-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
