Position Summary:

Strategic Partnership:* Collaborate with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU -HR department's goals and objectives.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:* Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent, based on business requirements.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement:* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution.
Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization.

Compensation and Benefits:* Partner with compensation and people operations teams to develop and administer competitive compensation plans.

Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:* Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
Implement HR policies and procedures within the department and ensure consistent application and enforcement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:* Analyze HR metrics and data related to business performance, turnover, and employee engagement.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and organization effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and HR management.

Project Planning and Strategy:* Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

10-15 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company
Academics: MBA Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
Industry exposure: Retail / FMCG / Distribution/ Technology only
Location: 5 days Work from office
