Position Summary:
Strategic Partnership:* Collaborate with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU -HR department's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution.
- Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization.
- Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
- Implement HR policies and procedures within the department and ensure consistent application and enforcement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and organization effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and HR management.
- Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.
A successful HRBP should have:
- 10-15 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company
- Academics: MBA Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
- Industry exposure: Retail / FMCG / Distribution/ Technology only
- Location: 5 days Work from office
