We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator with experience in the IT industry to support HR operations and ensure smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Help plan team activities, celebrations, engagement programs.
- Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle basic employee queries and support HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in HR Admin/HR Executive role within the IT industry.
- Understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycle, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
