Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, based in Almora. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves training and managing housekeeping staff, conducting inspections to ensure room and facility standards, addressing guest requests promptly, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and team management skills
- Expertise in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- An eye for detail and commitment to ensuring high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced resort environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management is advantageous
