Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of plants
Implement and manage a comprehensive plant care program.
Monitor and manage pest control measures.
Analyze soil conditions and recommend appropriate amendments.
Ensure proper drainage and irrigation systems.
Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, cutting, and grafting.
Maintain accurate records of propagation activities.
Coordinate the availability of plants for landscaping projects.
Work closely with other departments such as Services and maintenance, Retail, Operations.
Provide horticultural expertise and advice to other teams as needed.
Serve as a resource for horticultural information within the organization.
Source and procure materials within budgetary constraints.
Monitor expenses and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
Mini Experience of 1 year as a Horticulturist.
Strong knowledge of Indoor and ornamental plants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in computer applications related to horticulture.
