Role Description

We are seeking a full-time O2C AR, Cash Applications professional with ERP SAP experience to join our team in Pune, India. This on-site role involves managing daily tasks, including processing customer payments, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring the timely resolution of discrepancies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting financial reporting activities related to cash applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of the Order-to-Cash cycle with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to review financial records, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in Finance-related operations and processes
• Exceptional Communication Skills for clear coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Debt Collection and reconciliation of customer accounts
• Familiarity with Invoicing processes and systems
• Proficiency in ERP platforms, with hands-on experience in SAP
• Relevant work experience between 2 to 4 years in similar roles
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Ability to join within 15 days will be considered an added advantage
