Job Title: Internal Audit – CA (Fresher / Experienced)
Department: Internal Audit
To assist the Head of Internal Audit in strengthening internal controls and ensuring effective internal audit processes.

To assist the Head of Internal Audit in strengthening internal controls and ensuring effective internal audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HOD in evaluating and improving internal control systems.
- Plan and initiate audits and communicate scope and timelines to auditees.
- Review and approve risk-based audit programs.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and Plant Heads.
- Supervise internal audit activities and team.
- Review, finalise, and present audit reports to management.
- Ensure follow-up and closure of audit observations.
- Report to the Head of Internal Audit.
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing, internal controls, IFC, and Ind AS.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
