🚀 Hiring: Flutter Developer (Android) – Work From Office

📍 Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month
🕒 Experience: 4–6 Years
💼 Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

⚠️ Preference will be given to candidates currently based in West Bengal.

We are hiring a Flutter Developer to work on a real-time mobile application involving chat, video communication and interactive user features. You will work closely with our backend developer to build a high-performance mobile platform.

Developers currently based in West Bengal — especially Kolkata, Salt Lake (Sector V), New Town, Howrah, Durgapur, Asansol, Bardhaman and nearby cities — are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates from Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha who are willing to relocate to Durgapur may also apply.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years experience in Flutter (Dart)
• Strong experience in Android Mobile App Development
• Ability to convert Figma designs into Flutter UI
• Experience with REST API integration and JSON handling
• Experience with backend APIs and authentication (JWT / token-based)
• Experience with real-time chat or messaging systems
• Experience integrating Video Call SDK (Agora / ZegoCloud / similar)
• Experience with Firebase (Push Notifications, Crashlytics, Analytics)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Git / GitHub

• Experience with WebSocket / real-time communication
• Experience building social media or interactive apps
