Hiring Academic Counsellor – Tech Explica Institute (Pitampura, New Delhi)

Tech Explica Institute, located in Pitampura, New Delhi, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.

Location:

Pitampura, New Delhi (On-site)

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in education counselling (preferred in IT / Skill Development Institutes)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals about career-oriented courses

Explain course details, career scope, and industry opportunities

Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into admissions

Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Maintain admission records and CRM updates

Achieve monthly admission targets

Provide post-admission support and guidance

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong understanding of career counselling and sales process

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of IT and digital skill-based courses

Professional and positive attitude

Qualification:

Graduate (Any Stream)

Background in Marketing, Education, IT, or related field preferred
