Role Overview:
As a Hepatology Launch Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch and lifecycle management of GSK’s Hepatology portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic marketing plans, and ensure alignment with GSK policies to deliver exceptional value to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and align product portfolio vision, strategy, and goals across functional stakeholders.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee Hepatology product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch, ensuring growth and alignment with GSK objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and drive market penetration for Hepatology products, contributing to revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Establish strong connections with Hepatology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and ensure delivery of the best customer experience.
- Brand Strategy: Co-create brand strategies, integrated campaigns, and educational programs to effectively deliver GSK's value proposition.
- Access & Reimbursement: Prepare and execute access plans, ensuring patient access to GSK medications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Field Engagement: Spend 50% of time in the field to gather market insights, connect with customers, and support sales teams.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities align with GSK’s ethical standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of performance.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialist card (SCFHS) is required.
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Hepatology, Gastroenterology, or other specialty therapeutic areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver and exceed objectives within tight timelines.
