- Ensure data availability, accuracy, and reliability across the organization
- Define and track data and technology KPIs
- Partner with business teams to support analytics and operational needs
- Support digital, transformation, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper governance, documentation, and security standards
- Experience in data management, IT systems, or technology leadership roles
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into technology and data solutions
- Experience working across multiple business functions
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
