Job Description

Responsibilities

Single POC for CEO & leadership team for overall Ops P&L and human resource management
Working closely with the leadership team and Head of Departments to define rollout strategies, and drive the execution of new initiatives across the board including New Product Development
Reviewing and improving existing processes through automations, integrations, or changes in team structure to increase scalability, efficiency and quality of service
Support Operations departments to ensure targets are met, daily operations are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks
Create a solid set of reporting structures to have accurate and actionable data easily available for our teams
Be accountable for key company metrics related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention and efficiency
Work with procurement, production, dispatch, logistics, sales, accounting & all stakeholders to ensure company is well prepared for growth

Requirements

FMCG experience is MUST
Experience in Operations is MUST
Fluent in English
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
