We’re hiring: Marketing Manager- Brand Manager | La Pink


At La Pink, we’re building a modern Indian beauty brand rooted in science, trust, and strong consumer connect. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead integrated marketing strategy, guide teams and agencies, and make sharp, data-backed decisions.


Responsibilities :

  • Overall marketing strategy across brand, content, influencers, PR, Social Media and BTL activations.
  • Campaign planning for product launches, seasonal sales, brand moments, and large-scale marketing initiatives
  • Creating strong business impact via influencer marketing & PR through structured programs, content direction, attribution understanding, and performance reviews
  • Driving awareness & revenue through influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge-led planning and execution of BTL activities such as in-store branding, events, pop-ups, and local activations.
  • Ensuring that marketing strategies and business goals are clearly translated into data-driven insights, strategic direction, and optimization plans for internal teams and external agencies.
  • Working closely with performance and agency teams to challenge assumptions and improve outcomes
  • Reviewing and analyzing performance data from Meta, Google, CRM, and web analytics
  • Managing marketing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution
  • Building and mentoring a strong internal marketing & creative team.


Experience & Skill Requirements:


  • 6–10 years of experience in D2C, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and funnel metrics.
  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing and on-ground activations
  • Established vendor network and strong contacts to efficiently execute BTL activities.
  • Proven knowledge of how influencer marketing drives revenue, not just reach
  • Ability to create & analyze dashboards report and convert numbers into action
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and leadership skills
