About our Client:

Our client is a diversified retail / consumer-electronics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manage Digital Transformation strategies across the enterprise and build organization to meet IT Industry 4.0 standards

• Drive internal IT team, IT vendors and align with Leadership team to drive digital adoption and usage of IT applications/solutions

• Lead manage Business Process Transformation projects and ensure adherence to laid down processes across verticals

• Drive strategic business growth using Digital Transformation solutions across the organization

• Develop a clearly-defined and compelling Digital strategy for the company’s future in short term and medium term

• Ensure that all relevant Digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution

Jobholder will be based out of Coimbatore HQ and would travel across the country for supporting • Digital related work, to drive Digital adoption and Process adherence. Works in a performance driven culture with occasional travel to Retail stores, Regional offices etc.

• Operationally, manage identification of IT needs, analyse gaps, identify vendors and deploy relevant IT solutions. Streamline all information reporting to HQ and ROs from all customer touch points.
