About The Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM Payroll (US) team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting payroll processes within Workday. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, compliance with US regulations, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday US Payroll including earnings, deductions, tax setup, and payroll processing.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable payroll solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday Payroll and external vendors (benefits, tax filing, banking).
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize payroll configurations.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations (federal, state, and local).
- Document payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Payroll (US) configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PICOF, and payroll integrations.
- Understanding of HR and Finance processes including benefits, time tracking, and accounting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Professionals with 2.5 to 15 years of experience in Workday Payroll (US).
- Candidates with proven expertise in US payroll configuration, compliance, and vendor integrations.
