Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing assistance to the Retail Banking Group (RBG) Group Head by assisting in monitoring of Segment
deadlines, coordinating with different Groups for the meetings schedules, handling of confidential
files/matters, prepares Oracle request for office supplies monthly and other matters.

How will you contribute?

Attends to incoming/outgoing filing of various correspondences, memos of the Group and other
Groups.
Attends to incoming/outgoing calls for the Group Head regarding appointments, conferences and other
meetings with RSB, Bankard and YGC Companies.
Regularly attends to the administrative requirements of the Group.
Regularly schedule and organize appointments and meetings of the Group Head.
Prepares monthly office supplies request of the Group thru Oracle.
Assist other Segment/Department for any concerns relating to the Group Head.
Assist Sales Segment regarding all CA approvals.
Ensures compliance with AML & or regulatory requirements of internal and external regulatory units.
Undergo and pass AML certification program including classroom training as may be required by
Compliance Office/Human Resourced Group.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
