This role is not just about design execution. It is about managing the design pipeline, mentoring designers, coordinating agencies, and ensuring speed & quality across all brand touchpoints.
Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like:
🎨 Breaking Down Briefs, Building Strong Concepts
You’ll translate marketing, product, and sales briefs into compelling visual ideas. From campaign creatives to marketing collaterals, you’ll ensure every design aligns with IDfy’s brand voice.
📢 Designing Across Multiple Brand Touchpoints
Your work will span across Marketing campaigns, Sales and product collaterals, Social media creatives, Website graphics and landing page assets, Event and conference branding and Print and digital assets
⚙️ Managing the Design Pipeline
Beyond designing, you will manage the entire design workflow, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing stakeholders, the design executive/junior designer and external creative agencies. This includes prioritization, bandwidth management, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and SLAs.
👥 Mentoring and Elevating Design Talent
You will guide and mentor the design executive, helping improve their design thinking, attention to detail, and creative execution.
🤝 Collaborating Across Teams
You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and leadership teams ensuring design outputs support business and marketing objectives.
⚡ Driving Speed and Creative Efficiency
Marketing moves fast, and so should design. You’ll bring structured workflows that allow the team to think fast, ideate quickly, and deliver creative assets efficiently.
🚀 Exploring New Tools and Creative Technologies
You stay updated with evolving design tools and creative technologies, including GenAI tools for research and creative exploration.
We’re a Perfect Match If You…
✅ Have 3-8 years of experience in brand design, creative design, or visual communication.
✅ Have worked in environments such as Digital agencies, Advertising agencies, Boutique creative studios or In-house marketing teams
✅ Are highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
(Bonus if you have exposure to Figma, After Effects, or motion tools.)
✅ Have strong exposure to print, digital, website, and marketing collateral design.
✅ Can manage multiple design requests and stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or speed.
✅ Are comfortable managing agencies and coordinating external creative resources.
✅ Have a strong eye for typography, layout systems, and visual storytelling.
✅ Enjoy mentoring designers and raising the creative bar within the team.
