About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2.5-3 years of professional experience who can transform ideas into compelling visual communication. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals and understands how to use modern tools including AI to enhance creativity, speed, and output quality.
You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful designs aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
KeyResponsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms social media, ads, website banners, emailers, etc.
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and brand collaterals.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Develop creative concepts and layouts based on briefs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual solutions.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Use AI tools to enhance workflow, generate concepts, optimize assets, and improve creative efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2.5-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., generative AI for design exploration, image enhancement, content ideation, automation workflows)
Ability to adapt to evolving design technologies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must have basic
Knowledge of Figma.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Motion graphics or video editing skills.
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
