Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team at our Pune Division office. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, working on branding projects, designing logos, and crafting typography solutions to align with BDTC's mission and values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and creativity in all visual communication materials. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for design, and the ability to contribute effectively in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Strong understanding of Typography principles and applications
• Creativity and the ability to develop unique and impactful visuals
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other industry-standard software
• Understanding of user-centric design and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to incorporate feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in designing for personal development or training organizations is a plus
