What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the conversation: Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers looking to cancel, and turn those moments into opportunities to retain and renew their services.
- Drive revenue: Promote, upsell and cross‑sell products that genuinely support our customers’ goals.
- Stay sharp: Work within regulatory, GDPR and quality standards at all times.
- Keep us moving: Update CRM systems, reports and customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Become the expert: Build deep knowledge of our products, systems and processes.
- Collaborate and connect: Build strong relationships across the business—because great teamwork fuels great results.
- Consistently hitting (and smashing) your monthly commercial targets
- Meeting all activity and quality expectations
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that earn top satisfaction scores
- Achieving objectives set with your Customer Retentions Manager
- Being recognised internally for your professionalism, energy and results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer
