Job Description Summary
The Budapest office is recruiting staff for a graduate programme.
We will offer experience by rotating in four main areas (Agency, Property Management, Project Management and CMG / Valuation) following which we will seek to place the candidate in an appropriate position within the organisation.
It is anticipated that a period of 3-6 months will be spent in each rotation, although there will be a degree of flexibility according to business and operational demand. The programme will last one year and we would like to retain the suitable candidate for an FTE position after this period.

Job Description
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Work with existing team members and assisting them in their everyday tasks
- Offer support to the teams whilst developing own skills to actively assist the team
- Undertake and assist with the compilation of data and reports presentations, business pitches etc as required, making cold calls etc as instructed by team leader
- Gain an understanding of the roles within a Real Estate Consultancy a view to stepping into a specific position when it becomes available
- Commercial awareness and ability to achieve targets
- Determination and perseverance
- Team player, accurate hard working
- Good IT skills (Word and Excel)
- Driving license
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- You must be a recent university graduate (within 1-2 years after graduation)
