Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer based in Nashik. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for appraising and processing gold loans, managing customer inquiries, verifying loan applications and documentation, and assisting in loan disbursement. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and offering outstanding customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Knowledge of gold loan operations and loan processes
Customer relationship management and communication skills
Cash handling, financial transactions, and documentation skills
Basic understanding of financial services, loan products, and compliance standards
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using common business software and applications
Previous experience in the financial or banking sector, especially in gold loans, is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related qualifications preferred
