Core Focus Chatbot Front-end/API Development, UI/UX, and Custom Business Logic Integration. Custom Chatbot Builds: Develop the conversational user interface (UI) and the backend API logic for the custom AI chatbots. Integration & APIs: Create robust, performant web services (using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask) to connect the front-end interface with the core Azure OpenAI and RAG services. User Experience: Focus on the conversational design, managing state, handling multi-turn dialogues, and implementing error handling specific to Generative AI outputs. Component Development: Build reusable code modules and connectors for external services to enable the chatbot to perform actions (e.g., calling an external API for a weather query). Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python and building RESTful APIs. Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying custom chatbot builds or virtual assistants (e.g., using MS Bot Framework, web-based chat widgets). Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or simple HTML/JS) is a plus. Understanding of authentication, session management, and securing web applications on Azure.
