About Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati facility. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and logistics support within a fast-paced transportation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts (training provided).
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
