Job Description
Responsibilities
A minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy sector/ Indian Army Candidates
- Lead and manage the land acquisition process for renewable energy projects.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
- Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
- Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activitie
