Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive General Admin to manage day-to-day administrative activities and employee travel arrangements. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
- Handle vendor management and process bills with the finance team.
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Track office assets and manage inventory.
- Support event coordination and office logistics.
- Manage travel vendors and track travel expenses.
- Handle last-minute travel changes when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
