Job Description

Primary title: Generative AI Engineer

We are a professional services firm operating at the intersection of HR technology and enterprise AI, building generative-AI solutions that automate recruitment workflows, knowledge management, and employee-facing automation. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling production-grade GenAI systems used by enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

Architect and implement end-to-end LLM-powered solutions: prompt design, fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and inference endpoints.
Build and maintain production Python services that integrate LLM frameworks, vector search, and orchestration tools into secure REST/gRPC APIs.
Design and optimize retrieval pipelines using vector stores and similarity search to deliver low-latency, high-accuracy results for real users.
Productionize model training and deployment workflows: versioning, automated retraining, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with product, ML research, and data teams to translate use-cases into scalable GenAI features and measurable business metrics.
Implement security, access controls, and cost-optimization strategies for LLM usage and cloud compute resources.
