Job Description
Full Stack Engineer @ AmpUp (3+ YOE)
We're building AI that fixes the biggest problem in B2B sales — rep variance. Your top 3 reps crush it, the other 60% hover at 40% quota. AmpUp standardizes what the best reps do and deploys it across the entire team.
Founding team from Google Gemini, ThoughtSpot, Netflix. Based in Bangalore. We pay well — top of market for the right person.
What you'll do:
- Build and ship product end-to-end — React frontend, Python backend, no hand-offs
- Design systems that research prospects, analyze companies, and generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale
- Own features from idea to production — small team, no layers
You:
- 3+ years building real products (not just tickets)
- Strong in both React and Python — not just one or the other
- Great problem solving skills
- Care about craft — clean code, good UX, things that actually work
- Comfortable with ambiguity, small team, moving fast
