Job Description

Redblox Technologies is hiring Full Stack Developers to join our onsite team in Pondicherry / Chennai.

  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications
  • Work closely with Product, QA, and Management teams
  • Contribute to AI-driven modules and system performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Management teams
  • Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews
  • Contribute to performance optimization and system reliability
  • Work on AI-driven modules like automation, workflows, or integrations
  • (Mid-Level) Handle modules independently and guide junior developers

Open Positions:

  • Junior Full Stack Developer – 1 to 2 Years Experience (No of Vacancies: 7)
  • Mid-Level Full Stack Developer – 3 to 4 Years Experience (No of Vacancies: 2)

Technology Expectations:

1–2 Years (Junior Level):

  • Strong programming fundamentals (OOP, basic data structures)
  • JavaScript fundamentals
  • HTML, CSS, basic frontend frameworks
  • Git version control
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL / MariaDB

3–4 Years (Mid-Level):

  • Backend experience with Node.js / NestJS / Python
  • REST APIs, authentication & role-based access
  • Frontend: React.js or Vue.js
  • API & third-party integrations
  • Database optimization & query tuning
  • Working knowledge of Redis, background jobs & basic DevOps
  • Ability to mentor junior developers
