Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is excited to co-build the tech backbone of an early-stage food startup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, building MVPs fast, and working closely with founders and operations teams.

This is not a freelance role. It is a long-term equity partnership role.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Platform Development

• Build and maintain internal dashboards for orders, kitchen ops, inventory, and users
• Develop backend systems for menus, orders, subscriptions, and basic CRM
• Create simple, scalable admin panels for daily operations
  
  

MVPs & Automation

• Build quick MVPs for new food programs or B2B pilots
• Automate repetitive operational workflows where possible
• Integrate third-party tools (payments, forms, analytics, delivery APIs as needed)
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with founders, product owners, and operations teams
• Translate messy real-world problems into simple technical solutions
• Continuously iterate based on feedback from kitchen and business teams
  
  

Tech Expectations (Flexible)

• Comfort with frontend + backend ownership
• Any modern stack is fine (React / Next / Node / Django / Firebase etc.)
• Strong logic, database understanding, and system thinking
• Focus on functionality over perfection
  
  

Equity Structure

• 3–4 discussion and alignment rounds
• 1-month NDA-based working cohort
• Post-cohort → role-specific equity agreement
• Equity formalised after initial traction / funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
• 5-year vesting structure
• Fixed compensation introduced post-funding

• Experience or exposure in startups, food-tech, healthcare, or ops-heavy products
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Willing to work part-time with long-term ownership mindset
