Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus on Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Node.js, APIs, databases, and system architecture, with basic to intermediate experience in frontend technologies (React/Next.js).

You will primarily work on backend services, integrations, and performance optimization, while contributing minimally to frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

Backend (Primary Focus)

Design, develop, and maintain Node.js server-side applications

Build and maintain RESTful APIs.

Implement API rate limiting, throttling, and request validation to ensure scalability and prevent abuse

Handle server-side logic, authentication, authorization, and security

Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Implement background jobs, queues, and schedulers

Integrate third-party services and APIs

Detect and mitigate bot traffic, DDoS patterns, and malicious requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with frameworks like Express.js / Fastify

Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture

Hands-on experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)

Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth, sessions)

Knowledge of async programming, event-driven architecture

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Basic working knowledge of React.js / Next.js

Experience with Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Good to Have

Experience with micro-services architecture

Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) concepts
