Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who can build high-performance, visually rich, animation-heavy web experiences. If you’re strong with GSAP and Three.js/WebGL, and you love crafting smooth interactions, cinematic transitions, and immersive 3D experiences—this role is for you.

• Build interactive, animation-driven web interfaces using GSAP (timelines, scroll-based animations, micro-interactions).
• Develop and optimize 3D web experiences using Three.js (scenes, lighting, shaders, post-processing basics).
• Work closely with designers to translate Figma into pixel-perfect UI and polished motion.
• Ensure high performance (60 FPS where possible), optimize for mobile and low-end devices.
• Implement responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable frontend code and reusable components.
• Collaborate with backend/devops teams to integrate APIs and deploy smoothly.
• Proactively suggest improvements for UX, motion design, and performance.

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Solid experience with GSAP (ScrollTrigger, timelines, sequencing, easing).
• Solid experience with Three.js (core concepts: camera, renderer, geometry, materials, textures).
• Experience with modern frameworks like React / Next.js.
• Understanding of performance optimization:
• requestAnimationFrame loops
• render batching
• texture/material optimization
• reducing layout thrashing and reflows
• Familiarity with version control: Git.

• WebGL fundamentals, basic shader knowledge (GLSL).
• Experience with Framer Motion, Lottie, or other animation libraries.
• Experience with R3F (React Three Fiber) and drei.
• Understanding of accessibility basics and motion accessibility preferences.
• Prior work on product websites, interactive landing pages, or portfolio-level experiences.

• Strong attention to detail (motion + UI polish).
• Ability to ship fast without compromising code quality.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.
• A portfolio that demonstrates GSAP + Three.js work.
