Frontend Engineer – Talent Database Project

Overview

This role involves transforming structured JSON API responses into dynamic visualisations and data tables, contributing to a data-driven frontend experience. You will join a collaborative engineering squad .

Responsibilities

• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using React
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API requirements and ensure accurate data rendering
• Optimise performance and manage UI state for large datasets
• Build reusable, scalable components aligned with the design system
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to maintain consistent UI/UX standards
• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, including standups, planning, grooming, and retrospectives
  
  
  

Requirements

Technical Experience

• React: 5+ years
• JavaScript (ES6+): 5+ years
• JSON: 5+ years
• Frontend Testing: 3+ years
• SaaS product experience: 5+ years
  
  
  

Soft Skills & Business Experience

• Fluent technical English (Level 5)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Scrum
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, Product, and QA teams
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
• Experience within a mature engineering culture
• Comfortable working in a matrix management structure
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindseT.
  
  
  

Hardware & Compliance

• Hardware: Candidates must provide their own Apple MacBook (minimum specifications: 14" Pro, M2 or higher, 32GB RAM, 1TB storage) to support Jamf endpoint management
• Compliance: Signing a confidentiality agreement and participation in mandatory security training are required
