Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Executive at Airaavata Hospitals, located in Ramachandrapuram. As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, managing reception desk operations, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain patient records, handle phone calls, and support administrative tasks to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient front office operations.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling inquiries, appointment scheduling, and managing front desk operations
- Customer Service and Front Office management experience to ensure a welcoming and professional environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage
