Role Description

This is a full-time Front Office Assistant role located on-site in Dehradun. The Front Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone communications and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining front desk records. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive experience for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette for providing excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling, ensuring timely coordination and accuracy for meetings and events.
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a professional attitude.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in front office or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
