Job Title: US Freight Broker

Location: Mohali / On-site

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Experience: 6 months – 3 years (US Logistics / Freight Brokerage)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated US Freight Broker to manage freight shipments, build relationships with carriers, and negotiate competitive rates. The candidate should have good knowledge of the US logistics market and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and secure loads for carriers in the US market
• Negotiate freight rates with shippers and carriers
• Manage shipment scheduling and tracking
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• Resolve any issues related to shipment delays or documentation
• Use load boards like DAT, Truckstop etc.

Requirements

• Experience in US Freight Brokerage / Logistics
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of load boards and carrier management
• Ability to work in night shift (US shift)
• Basic knowledge of documentation and dispatch process
